CHARLOTTE, NC - MAY 01: Protesters gather outside of Duke Energy's headquarters during Duke Energy's annual shareholder meeting on May 1, 2014 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Activists have been outraged by a massive coal ash spill at Duke Energy's Dan River Steam Station in February. A grand jury has opened a criminal investigation into the incident.
