A lawsuit claims Ariana Grande’s song “Side To Side” featuring Nicki Minaj is a rip-off of another song, just with their vocals added in.
A Texas man claims “Side To Side” is his track called “J5 (T6),” but someone from UMG Recordings discovered it and got Ariana and Nicki to copy it.
The man was told by UMG to send a demo, but they never addressed his accusation of song stealing.
The man is suing UMG, not Ariana or Nicki, and asking for royalties from “Side To Side” and a song-writing credit.

You may soon be able to monitor everything you eat in real-time, digitally through a tooth-mounted sensor. New miniaturized sensors were developed by researchers at the Tufts University School of Engineering.
The small device, made of three layers, would track everything you consume, including glucose, salt and alcohol. It would then transmit the data wirelessly to a mobile device.
A study explores how the sensors could work in the future. Researchers say the devices may eventually be able to detect a wider range of nutrients, chemicals and physiological states.

A Louisiana couple used an alligator for their “gender reveal” party.
A man was seen in a video putting a hollowed out balloon in the gator’s mouth.
The gator then chomped down on the watermelon, spilling out blue jello revealing the couple will have a boy.
The husband goes by, “T-Mike, The Gator King” and is an alligator wrangler, trainer and tour guide.

A former Toys R Us employee is accused of stealing more than $100,000 worth of toys and other merchandise, and reselling it on eBay.
Obaid Sheikh worked at the Toy R Us in Fairfax, Virginia. He has been charged with embezzlement, selling stolen property and conducting an unlawful financial transaction.
The store asset protection manager began an investigation into thefts at the store last October. He discovered that toys marketed as “Toys R Us exclusives” were being sold by an eBay account.
He tracked the eBay account to Sheikh, an employee who had been working at the Fair Lakes store for four years. [More]

You can now buy SLICED KETCHUP. No more squirting ketchup onto your burgers like a caveman . . . now you can just drop on a clean, neat slice, like it’s cheese.
A company out of L.A. created the stuff and they just put it up on Kickstarter. It ain’t cheap . . . a pack of eight slices of ketchup will cost you $10.
But if you’re interested, you can order it now, and they’re going to ship in June. There’s no word on if or when it might wind up in stores.

Paris Hilton lost her $2 million engagement ring while dancing at a nightclub in Miami on Friday.
After the ring popped off her digit, club security and her fiancé Chris Zylka searched throughout the VIP section of the nightclub before finding the diamond landed in an ice bucket at someone else’s table.
Eyewitnesses say Paris waited nervously in floods of tears until the ring was found.

Taylor Swift has asked the court to make the songwriters who lost a copyright suit against her to pay her legal fees.
She wants them to pay a little over $72,000.
The songwriters claimed that Taylor’s song “Shake It Off” took 20% of the their song “Playas Gon’ Play“.
