The guy who was busted for stalking Taylor Swift all over Texas was given 10 years probation.
Taylor had a protective order against Frank Andrew Hoover. He was arrested after he showed up at one of her gigs in Austin two years ago.
Hoover had also been sending terrifying emails to Taylor’s father, including one where he threatened to “end” her whole family.
Hoover pled guilty to repeatedly violating the protective order. He was sentenced to 10 years probation yesterday.
He will also be monitored by GPS for at least the first year. He has to stay a mile away from Taylor and her family, and give up all of his firearms. He’ll go through psych evaluations as well. If he doesn’t live up to his end of the deal, he could end up behind bars.
