If you weren’t that much into EDM, yes….DJ’s are still making a lot of money.
For the sixth year in a row, Calvin Harris tops this year’s list, cashing in on his sizable Las Vegas appearance fee and the successful release of his album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1, to the tune of $64 million.
The Scottish DJ-producer raked in $48 million in 2017, thanks to six-figure paychecks for his shows in Las Vegas and seven-figure checks for his headlining festival gigs.
Coming in at number two on the list are The Chainsmokers with $45.5 million, followed by Tiesto with $33 million.
Other DJs in the top 15 include Marshmello at number five, Zedd at number six, Diplo at number seven, David Guetta at number eight and Kygo at number 12.
